My name is Charles. I am 15 years old. I live in England. I live with my Mom, Dad and Bother.My Dad is a brewer. My Mom helps my Dad with the process of making the brew. My job is to soak the barley in warm water and then pile it up in a heated room where the grains are kept moist so they can germinate. My Bother is responsible for the malting process. Our house is average size with a large barn where we keep the barley. I ate a lot of stuff and drank a lot with my old man.
